API® Testing
API® Standard 7CW Casing Wear Tests
Each of the Welding Alloys Group’s drill pipe hardbanding wires was evaluated to the requirements of the new 2015 API® Standard 7CW Casing Wear Tests by Stress Engineering Services in Houston, TX.
The following parameters were used for the testing :
- T-95 casing
- 3000 lb / ft side load
- 155 rpm
- 74,400 revolutions
